    I did everything you said to do and it still says printer appears to be missing not detected or incorrectry installed. I checked everything over again and everything is plugged in right so now what do I need to do. Thanks for your video and hope you can help.

      I did everything the same, but no luck, guess issue is in the printhead pcb or capacitors
